Can clients log in to their own dashboard?+
Yes. Each client gets their own logins with owner, admin or user roles. On the Whitelabel plan they sign in on your domain and never see Dextel branding.
How does rebilling work?+
We charge you wholesale for usage (calls, numbers, AI minutes). You set retail prices per service in the agency dashboard. Stripe handles the client invoice automatically.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. None of our plans has a setup fee. Sub-accounts and rebilling are included on every agency plan, and full white-label is included on the Whitelabel plan.
